He was predeceased by: his parents, Pete Magistad and Freda Magistad; and his siblings-in-law, Joseph, Catherine Peck and Angie Newsom.
He is survived by: his significant other Diane Peck Magistad; his children, Eric (Pamela), Nancee and Nicholas (Shannon); his grandson Calvin; his sister Karen Olson (Don); and his siblings-in-law, Valerie Albert (Don), Gloria Griesgraber (Bob) and Alan Peck. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, neighbors.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family are preferred.
