He was predeceased by: his parent Beverly Palmer. He is survived by: his father James Palmer; his daughters, Carmen Palmer, Leah Palmer, Haley Palmer, Eve Simmons and Angela Palmer; and his siblings, Patricia Ohtake, Paul Palmer, Pamela Bott and Christopher Palmer.
