He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his children, Kelly Jo and Patrick Jr.; and his siblings, Linda Litecky, James (Bunny), Joan Guider, Donna Bredemus (Lou), Theresa and Janet Morrison (Scott). He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
