He is survived by: his wife Kim; his children, Carrie Johnson, Jessica Hurley (Brian) and Donny Johnson (Leah); his granddaughters, Danielle, Lola, Sofia, Meela and Lily; and his siblings, Robert Kieper, Ole Johnson (Valerie), Olin Johnson (Natalia) and Roberta Johnson.
