He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Ackerman and Faye Ackerman. He is survived by: his children, Ronnie Chassi and Trudy Ackerman; his grandchildren, Sara Gorton, Brittany Chassi, Michael Gorton and Mathew Shafer; his great grandchildren, Graci, Hermione, Jackson, Mavrick, Easton, Brantley and Calvin; and his sister Louise Freeman.
A graveside service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Westside Hebrew Cemetery (1216 Barclay St, St Paul, MN 55106).
