He is survived by: his wife Ann; his children, David (Pam), Scott (Maggie) and Denise (Doug); his grandchildren, Rachel, Aaron of Heather, D. J., RaeAnn, Brett and Eddie; and his siblings, Jack (Dar), Don and Pam (Rich). He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
