He is survived by: his wife Karen Tell; his siblings, Joan Seckinger and Greg Skwira; his children, Anne Skwira-Brown (Kevin), Michael, Peter (Beth) and Joseph Skwira; his foster daughter Patty Hallet; and his granddaughters, Katherine, Rachel, Kimberly, Carmen, Anna Jo, Claire, Chloe, Michaela and Lydia.
