He was predeceased by: his sister Connie. He is survived by: his parents, Mary and John; and his siblings, Kay Stark (Mark) of Buford, GA, Andrew (Theresa) of Jacksonville, FL and Greg (Dianna) of Sacramento, CA. He is also survived by nieces & nephews.
