She was predeceased by: her parents, Lillian Fogarty and Dr. Charles W. Fogarty Jr.; and her brother John Fogarty. She is survived by: her children, Molly Emmer (Jack), Susan, John (Jennifer Mattocks) and Jennifer (Ben Lexau); her granddaughters, Elizabeth, Lucy and Maggie Emmer; her children, Oskar, Louie, Addy Nord, Charlie, Timmy, Teddy Torinus, Henry, Kenna and Ruby Lexau; her caregiver Molly Keeley; and her siblings, Sharon Fogarty, Judy Tataryn (Orest), Charles Fogarty III (Harriet) and Kristi Petralia (Jim).
July 2nd, 1943 – August 27th, 2023 Our beloved JoJo embraced her battle with Alzheimer's just as she did her life, with grace and tenacity.
