He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Woodworth and Elsie Putnam (Martin); his stepfather Ervin Putnam; his sisters, Myrna and Ethelyn; and his grandson Alex Woodworth.
He is survived by: his wife Joan (Thompson); his children, Shelly Mannes (Tadd), Steven, Alan (Tamyra), John (Kim) and Michael; his grandchildren, Sarah, Jordan, Nicole, Amber, Nicolas, Saron, Westly, Hayden and Katherine; his siblings, Louis (Quinda) and Marlys; and his stepbrothers, Jack (Dixie) and Larry (Linda). He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren, other extended family, and many, many friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Alliance Church (1259 WI-35, St Croix Falls, WI 54024).
In lieu of flowers, family would like memorials donated to Osceola Area Ambulance Services.
