He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert J. Bergen and Luella M. Bergen (Boyer); and his siblings, Bob and Cathy. He is survived by: his brothers, Jim and Chuck (Kim); his sister-in-law Maryanne Bergen; and his sisters, Peggy Laraway (Steve) and Pat Bergen (Kathy Selmo). He is also survived by nine nieces and nephews.
