She was predeceased by: her parents, Refugio Martinez and Paula Cisneros; her husband Demencio Castillo Vasquez; her brother Adan Martinez; and her grandson Maurice Daniel Vasquez.
She is survived by: her children, Demencio "Jesse" Vasquez (Mary), Sandra Alayon and Isabel "Bella" Heatherston. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 36 great grandchildren and 7 great-great grandchildren, as well as many other family members and friends.
