She is survived by: her husband Jack; her children, Jessica Henry (Shannon) and Jack III Titus (Heather); her grandsons, Tyler and Jason Titus (Morgan Stoffel); her father Alan Melby; and her siblings, Teresa Kuvaas and Mark Melby (Jan). She is also survived by extended family and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Faith Lutheran Church (11115 Hanson Blvd NW, Coon Rapids, MN 55433). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Faith Lutheran Church youth or music programs, any local food shelf or the Mother Bear Project in honor of her legacy of service and compassion.
