She is survived by: her sons, Erik (Taylor), Cooper and Meyer; her parents, Kenneth Zylstra and Jean Zylstra; her brother Kenneth Zylstra (Jayme); her nieces, Zoe and Ruby Zylstra; and also Matthew. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
