She was predeceased by: her parents, George Metcalf and Selma Metcalf; her son Daniel Mundt; her husbands, Edward Mundt and Frank Dvorak; and her siblings, Lorraine, Marlys Vera, Lawrence, Donald and Verlyn "Vern".
She is survived by: her son Edward Mundt (Deloris); and her brother Calvin "Kelly". She is also survived by nine grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren, host of nieces, nephews family & friends.
