With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lowell James Winter of Saint Paul, Minnesota, who passed away on October 14, 2022 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his son David Winter; his father William Winter (Bud); his stepfather Arthur Wegwerth; and his sister Renee Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Donna Winter; his children, Dawn Nelson (Steve), Lisa Winter, Amy Petersen (Tom Cardinal) and Michael Winter (Christina); his mother Jan Wegwerth; his sisters, Sharon Swanson (Kent), Cherie Eggerth (Scott), Beth Ouellette (Dave) and Robyn Krystosek (John); his grandchildren, Andrew Nelson (Victoria), Taylor Nelson (Aaron Judd), Alyssa Jensen (Nic), Nicole Kriewall (Kyle), Hannah Nelson, Molly Voss (Max), Matthew Petersen, Mitchel Petersen, Maxwell Petersen, Jaxon Cardinal, Jordan Cardinal, Cassie Pla-Winter, Devin Winter, Dylan Winter and Derek Winter; and his great grandchildren, Tucker Jensen, Lily Jensen and Baby Girl Nelson. He is also survived by Nieces and Nephews.
