He is survived by: his daughter JaMee Ulrich (Chandler); his grandchildren, Jude and Sarah Warner; his siblings, Michael, Mark (Julie) and Gloria Kerr (Steve); his nieces and nephews, Matthew, Michelle and Ryan; and his close friend Rosemary Arnholt.
