He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence and Jeanne. He is survived by: his wife Teri; his sons, Dan (Rachel) and Tom (Melissa); and his grandchildren, Taylor, Kiptyn, Norah, Lucas and Quinny Lu. He is also survived by his ten siblings and their families; his two brother in laws.
