He was predeceased by: his parents, John Cameron McKasy (Jack) and Mary Ann McKasy; and his brother John Cameron McKasy Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Patricia McKasy; his children, Michael Lentsch, Nathan Crandall, Erin Ross (Larry Boden), John McKasy (Kelley) and Kevin McKasy Jr. (Viviana); his siblings, Mary Pat McKasy (Tim Young), Patrick McKasy, Tim McKasy (Mary), Maureen McKasy, Maggie McKasy and Theresa McKasy; and his mother-in-law Mary Lou Landwehr.
