It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Julie Chartrand of Saint Paul, Minnesota, who passed away on September 23, 2022, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilfred Chartrand and Joanne Chartrand. She is survived by: her significant other Juan Oliver; her children, Corey (Lisa), Tara, Stephanie Hobbs (Austin), Nathaniel (Brianna), Joseph and Juan; her grandchildren, Kedrin, Logan, Harper Hobbs, Julianne, Asher and Scarlett; and her siblings, Dan (Mary Jo), Tom, David, Mary (Paul) and Jim (Monica). She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
