He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Anne; and his parents, Florian and Cecelia. He is survived by: his children, Julie Motzko (Jim), John (Toni), James (Kristen Boelter) and Mike (Deborah); and his grandchildren, Abby, Lauren, Ryan, Jack, Owen, Allison and Jocelyn. He is also survived by 5 siblings; nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
