He was predeceased by: his wife Mae; his parents, Zuzana Suvak and Wasyl Suvak; and his sisters, Ann (Ken Guy) and Mary (Thomas Daniel Phelan).
He is survived by: his son Gary Suvak (Mary Ann); his grandson Jonathan Suvak; his daughter Brenda Boutin; his granddaughter Jennifer Boutin; his brother Steve Suvak (Lucille); his siblings-in-law, Duncan Carey (Pat) and Pat I. Carey; and his niece Colleen Bordeleau (Gerald). He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
