He is survived by: his wife Gloria; his daughter Julie Levine (Jeff); his grandchildren, Josh and Jenna Levine of Roseville, MN; his pet Jazzy; his nieces, Patti Jackson (Shelly) of Mesa, AZ and Cyndie Young (John) of Kent, WA; his great-niece Shana Stash (Darrin) of Indianapolis, IN; and his great-nephew Zach Young (Amber) of Tacoma, WA.
