He was predeceased by : his parents, Carl Moeller and Eleanore Moeller (Nevu); his grandfather Moe; his wife Margaret Samb; his siblings, Kay Buckwald (Neal), Rose Johnston (Lynn), Mary Jane Greising (Robert), Patricia Casey and Carl Moeller (Elizabeth); and his siblings-in-law, Alice Moeller, Roger Ames, Bruce Samb and Bryan Samb.

He is survived by : his son Greg Moeller (Kim); his pet Kali; his siblings, Ramona Pavel and Gary Moeller (Suzanna); and his siblings-in-law, Karen Ames Lambert (Bud), Bill Casey, Brent Samb (Laura) and Blaine Samb (Linda).

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 9th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church (2119 Stillwater Ave E, St Paul, MN 55119). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, July 9th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A reception will be held on Tuesday, July 9th 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location.
