He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. John Lepak and Cecilia Lepak; his brother Paul Lepak; and his wife Colleen Halloran. He is survived by: his children, David Lepak (Justin Odegard) and Joan Mikkelson (Mark); his granddaughter Sophie Mikkelson; and his brother Rev. Roy Lepak.
