He is survived by: his brother Kevin (Theresa); his nieces and nephews, Allison Hock (Aaron), Kristin Cardinal (Sam), Robert Cardinal (Ashley), Elizabeth Cardinal and William Cardinal; and his great-nephews, Augustine, Peter Cardinal, Charles, Henry, Bennett and Declan Hock.
