He was predeceased by: his parents, Kristian and Agatha; and his sister Kay. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his daughters, Krissy Hollman, Rebecca Dean (Jason), Rachel Moore (Dan) and Sarah Jansen; and his sisters, Margaret Brehm and Judy Hanggi. He is also survived by 8 Grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the family or Arlington Hills Lutheran Church.
