She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Fleck and Magdaline Fleck; her siblings, Richard Fleck and Yvonne McQuoid (Donald Theis); and her daughter Patty Taylor (Jeff).

She is survived by: her children, Dale Theis, Keith Theis, John Theis (Jennifer) and Mary Kokesch (Doug). She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
