She was predeceased by: her mother Dorothy Louise Head; and her aunt Dean. She is survived by: her sister Stella; her great-nephew Adam; her sons, Julian and Johnathon Moore; her grandchildren, TeQuoyah, Te'Lecia, Amyra Amari, LaQuan, Linnea, Autumn, London and Laurynn; and her siblings, Allie Blackshire (Shortie Chicago), Dorothy Bounds, Maywood, Doris Powell (Rodney), Joseph and Calvin (Chicago). She is also survived by 17 Nieces and Nephews, 32 Great Nieces and Nephews, 21 Great, Great Nieces and Nephews, and 1 Great, Great, Great Niece.
