He is survived by: his sons, Doug Tulgren (Chris), David Tulgren and Steven Tulgren; his daughter-in-law Nancy Tulgren; and his grandchildren, Chelsey (Mafran), Makayne, Ryan, Mitchel, Nicholas (Meranda), Kashmere (Joey) and Matthew. He is also survived by two great grandchildren and many friends.
