We are sad to announce that on April 22, 2023, at the age of 92, James William LaFave of Saint Paul, Minnesota, born in Morris, Minnesota passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James William LaFave to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Joseph LaFave and Helena Huesgen LaFave; his daughter Anne Elizabeth; and his siblings, Edward and Claire Hutton.
He is survived by: his wife Lissette Gail Oliver of Graceville, MN.; his sons, James E. (Mary), John I. (Madelyn) and Michael H. (Laura); and his grandchildren, Helena, Peter (Adrienne), Andrew (Carrie), Mary, James, Margaret, Charlie Mitchell, Desmond, Gustin and Adelaide. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
Pre-Covid, Jim and Gail walked to Sunday Mass at Assumption and then stopped into Meritage for brunch at their special table.
