It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Herschel Foster of Saint Paul, Minnesota, who passed away on December 8, 2023, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Herschel Foster to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Herschel and Ruth. He is survived by: his wife Sheri; his children, Karyssa and Kurtis Foster (Micaela); and his sisters, Beth Platzer (Mike) and Heather Baldridge (Drew). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers memorials preferred.
