He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernst Johnson and Louise Johnson; his brothers, Curtis and Paul; his sister-in-law Kay; and his cousins, Jacquelyn Snodgrass and Keith Risch.
He is survived by: his wife Christine; his sister-in-law Anne Johnson; and his godchildren, Glen Johnson, Nadene Tipton and Kyle Anderson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
