She was predeceased by: her parents, William Pulkrabek and Clara Pulkrabek (Daak); and her siblings, Audrey, Gerane, Joan, Willard and Roy.
She is survived by: her children, Frandell Jr. (Benita) of Roseville, Eric (Julie) of Little Canada and Peter (Vernell) of Richmond, Virginia.; her grandchildren, Dayna, Anna, Max, Sofie and Andrew; her siblings, Carol Olson (Donald), Earl (Nancy) and Donna Heille (James); and her sisters-in-law, Dorothy Pulkrabek and Mary Pulkrabek. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mueller-Bies - Roseville Chapel (2130 Dale St N, Roseville, MN 55113). A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
