He was predeceased by: his former wives, Suzanne Marie and Carol Ann; his parents, Raymond Nicholson and Donna Nicholson; and his brothers, Roger and Rodney.
He is survived by: his wife Loretta; his children, Kimberly Piitz (Lonnie) and Caleb; his stepchildren, Ginya Davis and Spencer Mattson (Sara); and his siblings, Dale, Alan (Nancy), David (Cynthia) and Cheryl Pfeiffer (Jim). He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
