He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph and Mary; his wife Lorraine; and his siblings, Helen Kaufmann (Charles), Ted (Betty), Laura Gerlach (George) and Albion.

He is survived by: his brother Edmund "Eddie" Mokrzycki (Marlene Johnson); his daughters, Teresa Kivel and Mary; and his granddaughter Kristine Kivel.

Special thanks to the VA Home, Mpls for 6 years of superb care managing his Parkinson's Disease/Lymphedema and his well being.
