She was predeceased by: her parents, Sophie Teener and Jerome Teener; and her sisters, Susan Calof (Alan) and Judith Kahn (Stephen). She is survived by: her husband Rafael "Ray" Getsug; her children, Benjamin (Erica Weiss) and Deborah (Justin Rangel); her grandchildren, Luna and Mina; and her brother Steven Teener. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations preferred to Heilicher Minneapolis Jewish Day School.
