He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Noyer and John Noyer; his brother Mike; and his nephew Jovahn. He is survived by: his siblings, Dee Noyer and Gary Noyer; and his children, AJ (Chris), John (Samantha) and Denise. He is also survived by several other children and grandchildren.

“I would like to share my deep sympathy with your family. Dennis was a tutor in my classroom, and I was fortunate to spend every day with him for the past five years. He did a great job of keeping the class running. More importantly, though, he was loved and respected by all of us here. We are all very sad to have lost him and his memory will remain with us forever. Nearly every day, he would share stories of his kids and family. He loved you all so deeply.
