It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deacon Fred Johnson (Saint Paul, Minnesota), born in Marshall, Texas, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Deacon Fred Johnson to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Johnson and Deborah Johnson (Sanders); his uncle Lewis "Buddy" Sanders; and his brothers, Charles Johnson and Everitt Johnson.

He is survived by: his wife Karen Johnson (Kupfer); and his children, Vanessa McGough, Valerie (Johnson), Dean (Daymond), Craig Johnson and Vincent Johnson. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Memorial contributions may be made to Doctors Without Borders or Alzheimer's Association.
