We are sad to announce that on January 17, 2024, at the age of 38, David Matthew Jacobson of Saint Paul, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jerome Weber, Melvin and Nancy Jacobson. He is survived by: his parents, Ron Jacobson (Marge) and Judy Jacobson; his daughter Amelia; his grandmother Dorothy Weber; his siblings, Jeremy (Winnie), Daniel (Becca) and Freyja; and his uncle Steven Weber. He is also survived by 8 nieces and nephews; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorials to support patients at Children's Hospital of Minnesota.
