He was predeceased by: his parents, Selmer Jacobson and Vera Jacobson (Westad); his brother Seldon Jacobson; and his niece Jennifer Kovacovich. He is survived by: his wife Carol Jacobson; his daughter Kristin Davenport (Ben); and his brother Dale Jacobson (Mardelle).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Timothy Lutheran Church or the Minnesota Golden Gopher Fund, honoring David's lifelong support and passion.
