She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Culbertson and Lucille Culbertson; her brother Bob; her sister-in-law Donna Culbertson; her nieces, Edie Deering and Wendy Lang; and her close friend Dan Reed.
She is survived by: her friend Bingo; her daughters, Sandy Rogers (William) and Rita Hinzman (John); and her grandchildren, Ellie and Joey Hinzman.
In lieu of flowers, memorials will be donated to various charitable organizations of importance to Turtle.
