He was predeceased by: his brother Sean of Las Vegas, NV.. He is survived by: his siblings, Marty McGowan (Pat) of Monroe Township, NJ, Meg McGowan of St. Paul, Vince McGowan (Terry) of Madison, WI, Kevin McGowan of St. Paul, Brendan of St. Paul, Maureen Sinkler (Paul) of Minneapolis and Mike McGowan (Joy) of Eagan, MN; and also Meg. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
