It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Connie Lee Koecher of Saint Paul, Minnesota, who passed away on September 13, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Bowen and Florence Bowen; and her siblings, Barbara Bowen, Joann Neamy, Dorothy Jones, Richard and Jim.
She is survived by: her sons, Dan (Carla), Steve, Dave (Janet) and Keith (Lisa Humphreys); and her sister Sharon Bowen.
