We are sad to announce that on May 11, 2023, at the age of 83, Charlotte Ritter (Saint Paul, Minnesota) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Walter and Carlus Walter of Winona, MN; and her siblings, William, Robert Walter, Therese Schiller, Mary Dreas and Kathryn Bender.

She is survived by: her husband Lawrence "Larry"; her children, Daniel (Kristine), David and Mary Burkel (Robert); her grandchildren, Ryan of Emily, RJ and Cole; and her sister Barbara King.
