He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilton Sparks and Evelyn Sparks of St Paul, MN; and his siblings, Julie Dunn and Mike Herman. He is survived by: his wife Pam; his children, Rachel Vazquez, Fawn Sparks (Rand Kislenger), Charles Jr. and Arron (Leona Hawkins); his stepson Nicholas Hanks; his grandchildren, Evelyn, Lyam, Jayden, Alyssa, Deylon, Brooklynn, Alaynah, Kegan, Olivia and Emmet; and his siblings, David Flikki, Mark Herman, Bonnie Haglund, Deborah Melby and Sharon Jackson (Doug). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
