He is survived by: his wife Judy; his daughters, Lisa Carver (Andy), Amy Hines (Aaron) and Cheri English (Ed); his grandchildren, Angie, Ashley, Megan, Kali, Matthew, Caitlyn, Michael and Tyler; his great grandchildren, Rileigh, Mackenzie, Addison and Murphy; and his siblings, Lois Porter (Bob), Dale Johnson (Barb), Janet Johnson and Rolf Johnson (Kathy). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
