He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Edgar and Majorie Koop; his mother Elizabeth Koop Solum; his birth father William M. Parker; his adoptive father Thomas Reilly; his sisters, Shelley and Heather Parker (Charlee); his uncle Thomas; his aunt Mary Koop; and his parents-in-law, Arthur and Koni Goodman.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Goodman; his children, Shannon, Kristin Reilly and Billy Reilly (Jocelyn Hechtl); his grandchildren, Madeline (John Tschida), Sean, Caitlin Reilly, Lili and Isabella Rojas; his great grandchild Charlotte Jansen Reilly; and his siblings, Thomas Reilly, Michele Tomlinson (Mike), Peter Solum (Christine), Elizabeth Meyer (Scott), William (Rett) and Stephanie Goodman (Ray Caturia).
