She was predeceased by: her husband Erick L. Flod; her parents, Benhart Paulson and Gena Paulson; her siblings, Junice Horgan, Gordon, Bentley and Frank Paulson; and her great grandchild Anthony Norton Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Karine Purdham (Gary), Michael Flod (Pauline), David Flod (Wendy), Robert Flod and Paul Flod; and her sisters, Opal Dargus and Maxine Thoreson. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren; one great granddaughter.
