He was predeceased by: his grandfather Elder Willis Tolliver. He is survived by: his parents, Darrel Allen and Rebecca Tolliver Bailey; his siblings, William Cody Bailey, Lexie of Eden Prairie, MN and Victoria Bailey of Eden Prairie, MN; and his grandparents, Agnes Anna Heath Tolliver of Wurtland, KY, Darrell and Dianne Miller Bailey of Bartlett, TN. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Wright's Funeral Home (1017 E Main St, Greenup, KY 41144). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
